We've had this trampoline for about a year and still love it! Part of it was damaged during some crazy strong winds, but customer service was excellent at helping me get parts replaced. I would definitely recommend this trampoline!Originally bought a 14 foot trampoline from Sam's Club, it was crap, and hard to assemble, enedd up returning it. Then research for a bit, and came up with this one, 3 times the price of Sam's Club, but much better built and easier to assemble. ids love it.My kids are loving it. The trampoline was easy to setup but it does take two people. Mostly one person holds stuff while you secure a part. The instructions were written well. All the tools were included for the trampoline. I also found a video on YouTube showing how to setup the trampoline. My only note to ORCC is maybe coat the foam padding with something to make padding slip into the sleeves smoother. I would definitely recommend this product.Easy to assemble keeps the kids busy!! They love it!Looks just like the pictures and works perfectly fine for 2 adults and 1 child. What I don’t like is my daughters foot slip and hit the springs.Best purchase for the kids. Sturdy and well built, and safe. Assembly took longer than expected, but worth it.The poles holding the net shake and move with every jump my Son makes. He weighs 120 lbs. This trampoline might be great for toddlers or younger lighter kids but is advertised as 450lb wt limit. We requested a return which is clearly stated free on the item as listed but now the company refuses topay for the return and fed ex price to return is just under $300.
